The Vice Chancellor's circular has provoked missed reactions from students. Speaking to our press team, a student of the Faculty of Art who chose to be anonymous applauses the development as welcoming according to her, "It is Okay to resume now, just like we already have. We don't have time and one has to graduate"

Another student who seek anonymous rather expressed displeasure with the development, "we should be given time to rest, even if it's a week. Some academic activities are quite cumbersome and entering into a new semester without a break might lead to physical and mental breakdown".
Some students also said that some students are self-catering for their academic and holidays gives them the chance to raise money for upkeep.
Speaking with a student from Faculty of Law, who introduced himself as AbundyofLagos, he expressed his applause to the development , "Enough time has been wasted" he said, "we don't have more time to spend".
