SHATTERED DREAMS
By, Amina Ogbe Adamu
Thou art my lovely pillar,
Lies and empty field of dried up stalk,
Upon it flows a muddy stream,
Ever since this kind crippled in despair,
Trapped by the rims of tension,
Sitting alone on emotion,
The sun comes up with sun beam sadness,
The moon turns up dark with pessimism,
While the storm displays feelings of misfortune,
All gone reaped out solitude.
Oh! What a shattered dream.
There comes a solace of being brought together,
Suddenly feeling
renewed ever,
No signs of a lack future,
The environment became proliferate for kinds.h! What a shattered dream,
